Return Policy

Mahalo for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Items with tags removed or not in original condition

  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at gripnrip.hi@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange within 5–7 business days.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
